Dr. Rajendra Gode College of Pharmacy, Amravati, successfully organized a 3-day NSS Special Camp at the adopted village Bodna, inspired by Chairman Shri. Yogendra Gode and Secretary Ku. Tanvi Gode, and under the guidance of Principal Dr. H.S. Sawarkar. The camp was coordinated by NSS Coordinators Ms. M.S. Pawar, Ms. A.V. Aswar, and Ms. V.R. Ambulkar.
A total of 25 NSS volunteers participated in the camp with great enthusiasm and dedication. The camp included activities such as:
- Cleanliness drive and awareness about hygiene and sanitation
- Tree plantation to promote environmental conservation
- Yoga sessions for physical and mental well-being
- Distribution of sanitary napkins and education on menstrual hygiene
- Awareness rally and social awareness skit on health, cleanliness, and social responsibility
- Visit to local school and agriculture college to share knowledge on health, education, and sustainable practices
The camp concluded with a cultural event showcasing volunteers' talents, fostering unity and team spirit. The NSS camp was a great success, developing social responsibility, leadership, and community service among volunteers, and positively impacting the village community.
